The people are mostly good to work with, but workers are treated very poorly. It is obvious that this health system is not concerned with retaining employees. Benefits are poor, insurance is subpar, and employee moral is very low. This company's unofficial motto is "do more with less," meaning more work with less pay and less benefits. An example of this would be working over 80-100 hours/week for quite a while and that being considered part of the job, with no comp time or extra pay. Insurance premiums are high as well. There is a very high employee turnover rate.
