It's a fun environment with friendly co-workers. My hours are flexible so I can start at 6 in the morning or 7 or 8 or whatever. My boss is pretty cool. If you tell him your issues it may take a little while, but he'll get stuff done. There are a few benefits like dental, a week of vacation after a year (2 weeks after 3, and 3 weeks after 5 years), an FSA that they contribute $720 annually into. A 401k after 6 months.
