9/80 schedule, holiday time off, tuition reimbursement (paid upfront), aren’t expected to work overtime unless necessary, company makes cool products, very intelligent engineers to learn from

Kontras

Below average pay for the area, 5 years to be fully vested in 401k, no training for job, small annual raises, engineers that leave Bell and then reenter the company with experience elsewhere make significantly more money than loyal engineers who stay at Bell
