Average benefits and pay with exception to no inside sales commission/bonus plan. Work/life balance is good only because I make it so.
Kontras
To many managers with too many vertical organizations. Only fair at combining new acquisitions/mergers. Lost sales bonus plan after acquisition/merge...inside and outside sales is a team and should be compensated as such. Corporate travel procedures and policies are out of touch with reality.
