Awesome pay and benefits from the hire date.

Kontras

No structure, dependent on the ones that are there and do the work. All receive the same pay % raise, even the ones that take advantage of the company benefits and don't work the scheduled hours with no disciplinary actions. And definitely no rewards for the ones that actually do what they are paid to do (their job) and more.
