Opportunity for advancement very small. Very high-stress work environment. High management turnover (6 VPs of Sales in 7 years). Very data intensive organization -- many times missing the forest for the trees. Annual reductions in workforce has caused a lot of ongoing fear, stress, and performance issues. Constant change in staff, methods, plans, goals, and outlooks keeps the company in turmoil. Company running so lean that many people now hold multiple jobs at once.
