Pros
the management does not review time clocks so anyone can click in via cell phone and not from there station. So you could be at home and clock in then show up to work a hour late and no one will notice.
Kontras
no drug tests so half of the company is high at work and not very productive. I was offered Marijuana, Cocaine, pain pills from employees. I suspect part time drug dealers working here.
