The culture is toxic and it starts with the CEO and bleeds to "leadership" that is all family. The company claims to be inclusive, but its not, and it doesnt treat people right. Family gets promoted and you can't trust anyone because they're all related. So many employees know the problems start at the top, but nothing changes and people who speak up get fired, so we're all afraid to say anything. The executive assistant acts like a mole and digs dirt to try to fire people without good reason. It's better to just leave and find a place that cares about people. Run while you can. Don't fall victim to all the lies. It's ridiculous. I've never seen a company fire so many people and have so many people leave because of how bad it is.
