- Upper management is too involved in the game making process, making detailed decisions (about color, for example) without respecting the timeline of a project, technical requirements or pending deadlines
- Things change overnight, they make decisions then change them the next day
- There is no process (if there is, it’s always circumvented by upper management)

- Lack of leadership and communication – no one know what’s going on and who is making decisions. Very heavy in management for a small company
- CEO often talks to people inappropriately and can, at times, create a negative work environment
