CEO is a condescending narcissus who treats his employees like children. Preaches integrity but does not have an oz in him. Base pay is okay and the commission structure is pitiful. Good luck acquiring any seasoned salesmen with a 10k monthly seat cost and a punisher for anything under 16% Monthly GP. Processes change constantly and never seem to be fully thought out. “If nothing changes, nothing changes” Is the phrase you will hear the CEO preach until you’ll want to jab out your eardrums with a sharp #2 pencil. Instilling fear is the preferred method for incentivizing employees at this company. Opportunity to grow is minimal. Office politics are rampant. Do not expect to feel any sense of appreciation from the company. The COO is the only reason why this company is not belly up.
