From the start to the very end everything is under your control and it is up to you to deliver the service customers require and build relationships to last for years to come. This is not a con as such but advice to what people's expectations should be. Bechtle is not a place to work if you are looking for repititve work nor a place to sit back & relax. This job requires people who are determined and hungry to be the best at what they can be. This isn't for everyone but for those who are willing to put in the right effort the hardwork can really pay off.
