Unprofessional workplace - Head Office bei Beavertails: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They are unprofessional. The head office is run by a family and they take advantage of that freedom and do not know how to handle a professional work environment. One of the heads is gone half the day. They frown upon getting up for short breaks, and only allow half an hour for lunch. They do not respect the law of giving two 15-minute breaks a day it's really only half an hour.T hey do not like employees chatting with one another. There is no HR; if you have an issue with someone on your team, you must report it to the manager of another team. They are all clique-y and gossip about it more than they actually help. They guilt people when giving them a raise, and still pay some employees less than they should be earning.
