Remote positions... that's it. Maybe upward mobility if you can manager to curry favor with the right person.

High turnover. Unreasonable expectations. Inexpierenced people are making work demands on people below them. Many of the managers micro manage because they don't have the tools to lead effectively. This place will give you a lovely picture, but its a nightmare. If you're a good worker, they expect you to carry everything for those around you.
