Very stable, safe environment to work in. Baytown site is proud of it multi-cultural-ism. Many people have worked for more than 30 years in the company. This must count for something.
Kontras
Most of the power is centered in head-quarters in Germany. The best work and major decisions are still made there. It does not matter that the locations in satellite sites like ones in US may have capable people.
