Awful - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei BaxterStorey: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No breaks, work from 7am to 8pm with no breaks. Staff shortage, as a manager you are expected to become the wash up assistant, chef or Fsa (who ever rings in sick) then fit your own work into the day. No over time, only paid 8 hours and if you complain your told "to manage your time more effectively" unsure how that works. A few weeks ago 3 staff members called in sick, no cover given. Head office in dublin don't care less, you are pretty much out on your own with no support.
