If your a high performer, Baxter provides great, challenging opportunities. They actively incentivize high performers with salary/bonus increases, international assignment travel, and management experiences. Average performers are treated well and incentivized with development programs.

Kontras

Baxter is slow in investing in operational software. It can make for unnecessary re-work and reporting in multiple systems. As well, the products aren't hyper exciting. Some uncertainty exists with the appointment of the new CEO.

Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

Kontras

Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
