Easy to get a first job in finance without experience that you can use to move onto better roles.

Kontras

This particular SSC is very much a processing centre with very little actual finance work taking place. This did not help when I was looking to move to more interesting roles.

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
