Corporate values were fairly consistent with actions of senior management. Benefits were good. Tuition reimbursement helped a lot in career advancement.
Kontras
Large corporate structure made headcount reduction a regular biannual occurrence. The family values were promoted however work culture made you feel guilty about taking the time off unless it was an emergency. Had to check in daily while on vacation.
