Pros

Baxter supplies the NHS so business is guaranteed

Senior managers at the Thetford site blame everyone else for failures and ignore each other’s shortcomings as they are all as bad as each other. The HR department is known as the “no-go” department as nobody trusts them and they do not look out for the interests of the employees. Many good people have left that have been there a long time and new people do not seem to stay long. People are overloaded and the culture is very negative in what was once a good company

Pros

Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
