Bad management. When they need you, they will said "this is the best place" but when you come up with some suggestion and they can't accept it. They will give u "do it or leave'.. work life balance? In your dream.. force staff to OT (unpaid) and saying "if you are not happy with this, the door is always open.. nobody force all of u to stay" what a shame from head of management until a very down which they cant do anything. Extremely ruin your resume/cv to come over here.
