Great working atmosphere, good team-spirit, work-life balance and lots of opportunities to enhance your career. Individual rewards and credits provide employee boost to perform better. Frequent team outings, cub game passes and luncheon coupons make it a very attractive place to work for.

Baxter pays low salaries to its employees below the management level. Most of the credit is taken away by the managers except your manager exceptionally generous. Getting up the ladder could get tough depending your manager. Lot of competition. Have to be really good.
