Senior leadership team asks more question and provide implied criticism then provide mentorship. Plant manager drives a culture that believes everyone is replaceable. QMR promotes micromanaging culture. Veteran employees have developed an attitude that holds nothing accountable, which seems to be a necessary survival skill. Minimal employee appreciation, typical 'reward hard and good work with more work' attitude
