Company management struggling to find an appropriate strategy to survive in India. The cash crunch is a major issue with the company due to which ample time will not be given to the sales team in the field to execute the plans. No connection between Senior management and field team . Hire and Fire theory is applied to the Field team. Useless HR. You will get Webex training for New Hire Salespeople ( First time I saw in my career ). I have not seen any medical person in my tenure at Baxter to support Drs for their queries. Also, you get an additional job as a clerk. Spend at least 2 hours daily at Laptop in routine days and spend 4-6 hours during closing and meeting days. #does not recommend joining Baxter #Short term plan@Baxter # get a hike and leave ASAP within 6 months # Pathetic work & life balance
