Good job security, average to above average pay, good benefits, community oriented company. Very social place to work with average to above average respect for the individual shown by upper management to the front line workers.
Kontras
Chances for advancement are not great after rising to lower middle management. Raises are practically non-existent. A significant amount of promotions as well as hiring of other family members, etc smacks heavily of favoritism.
