      Better sales jobs available pretty much anywhere else

      Moving towards hourly pay for everyone. Used to mean something to work here and get paid what you deserve. Culture is profit based. GM has no clue how to lead. Only cares about bottom line.

      pay constantly being slashed with no warning in the middle of economic problems and no help from management. hours aren't a thing as well
