Work life balance. The leadership team understand life doesn't always bend around work and treats us like adults to manage our own time and productivity.

Smaller team/company means there's very little red tape but it also means we need to be very conscious of where we focus our efforts. There is a lot of tech debt and features that are not worked on due to resource constraint.
