There was no HR consultation, legal aid, or any form of financial or economic support provided during this difficult transition. It was clear that at the end the Top management took unethical decisions to save money or try to save the company, affecting all employees for their lack of financial planning and management. Use of old technologies and no ability to learn more due to heavy workloads, as a developer it didn't provide any value for a professional career
