Mass Layoffs: Two significant rounds of layoffs took place, one at the end of 2023 and another at the beginning of 2024.
Unethical Severance: Laid-off employees were pressured to accept a mere 10-15% of the legally mandated severance pay (liquidación) they were entitled to receive in Mexico. This is not only unfair but potentially illegal.
Zero Support: The company offered no assistance whatsoever to laid-off employees. There was no HR consultation, legal aid, or any form of financial or economic support provided during this difficult transition.
It was clear that at the end the Top management took unethical decisions to save money or try to save the company, affecting all employees for their lack of financial planning and management.
Use of old technologies and no ability to learn more due to heavy workloads, as a developer it didn't provide any value for a professional career
