Pros

Tim over promises and under delivers to Clients so they fire Basati and he has to lay people off because when the Client stops paying he can’t afford to pay us.

Kontras

People quit their secure jobs to work for Basati only to get laid off shortly after. The poor reputation Basati has is a result of the Tim's empty promises to Clients and his lack of integrity.

It's a shame that in today's world an unverified person can stay anonymous and simply state whatever they want. What happened to the days of being able to face your accuser, to know who's stating bad things about you. It's a true shame. This person - former employee - is a former employee because was terminated. Not due to inability to pay, but because they couldn't do the job required. It's that simple. We have an extremely high client retention rate. With tons of positive reviews and continued business from happy clients. But when somebody is fired they can simply make accusations based in no reality. We stand by our client treatment, we stand by our hiring decisions. And we stand by our firing decisions. I'm sorry this person didn't work out. But that doesn't give her the right to bad-mouth us.

Pros

You're not just a number the CEO actually cares. Great company to work for and great coworkers that are always willing to help if/when needed. Excited to be apart of the team and the next opportunities that the new acquisition will bring!

Pros

You will get a lot of small projects that can introduce you to new 3rd party applications on the Salesforce.com platform

This is a chop shop of a consulting company. Very high turn over. It's not a place to learn about consulting nor Salesforce.com. If you already know the platform and have experience consulting, then it could be a good fit if you want to juggle 6-10 customers at a time.

I can't actually argue with this review as during that timeframe this outlook may have been close to reality. Short-sighted a bit but as the Owner that's my fault for not showing this person the vision clearly. Yes, could be some small projects that will keep you on your toes and moving from one client to the next throughout the day. (How exciting to affect numerous clients and not just one!) We did get quite a few new clients/projects all at one time. We did lose a few people all at one time (self-selected themselves from the new Vision/Direction). And so the ‘chaotic’ environment did rule for a time. But that was a temporary situation and quickly rectified. By bringing on new incredible people who all agree with the Vision and Direction, we are actually excelling now. Creating an environment for each team member to have maximum success. And for clients to be happy with all that is being delivered. In just the last few weeks an amazing team of like-minded professionals have decided to join this movement. We appreciate each and every one of them for taking the chance to be a part of the team. As a smaller company Chaos will rule sometimes. Our goal, and my personal mission, is to make those times happen rarely and for short bursts if at all. Thanks for the review. I do appreciate the opportunity to reflect upon how we can improve for our team here now – and for those looking to join.
