Favoritism, horrible management, no room for growth unless you become the boss pet, supervisor uses you to her own advantage and abuses her power especially against those who are not her pet, lets her pet get away with everything, can't run a department due to lack of logical thinking skills which is the reason why her accounts are going down because of mistakes after mistakes on orders that have arrived to customers with damaged products in the last several months. In addition, this company does not pay its employees descent wages and it gives petty pay raises every year unless you get promoted. Lastly, employees come and go which is bad on the management's part.
