2yWe are saddened to see your review and feel this is not balanced nor a true reflection of the office working environment. A key strength of BR is the ability to service clients in a timely manner. This demands that the Team work closely together and there are clear open lines of communication to share information and ideas. Further, this enables areas of staff development to be identified and plans of actions agreed with team members to take them to the next level of their career. We strive to have a positive workplace environment and any lack of support for colleagues would not and could not be tolerated at BR. Colleagues are encouraged to relay any concerns with their line manager or other channels made available.
