- The best and the worst working environment you have ever been to. - Good colleagues, and beautiful landscapes. People do supported each other. - Benefits are not too bad, but not excellent neither.

- Politics senior management styles. - Toxic environment when people talks bad behind your present. - very low tech, when they cut cost to update systems, or computers - Laid off the employee without a proper reason after 2 year contract. Even they are shortage labour in the high season. Boss didn’t like, boss decided. End up, that 3/4 team quitted the department. Wowww - Management changed, with a poor management boss with micro management style, everything they wanna know, not giving spaces for trusting the employee. - It has a few narcissist leaders there who keeps telling employees they are not good, and using words to abuse newbie. - locations are ways too far from city, in a remote area, and no chance to shopping anythings around to support the local. - Never ever have any Company trip- Retreats, only 1 time per year having Year end party. (So different from other hotels) - Weird culture to having employees married each others, working in a same departments, that could lead to unfair working environments. - There is no Innovation factor at all in general. (Could because of they passed the Break Even point), and not wanting to invest any more expense in people. - No diverse environment as there are no rooms to hire different people from different countries or places . (supper local mindset)
