      Remote for most of the teams

      Used to be good. But recently feels less transparent. No hikes/Appraisals, Delayed salaries. This is just an example. But over all feels like management is not concerned about employees

      Less scope for technical innovation and very limited growth in the technical ladder Working in the financial industry means a lot of constraints and red-tape to deal with
