Pre-2021 - great people - great opportunities to progress

Post-2021 much has changed, many long term people have left - too many Chiefs - mandatory CV vaccination policy - some Depts are consistently understaffed eg/ branches, Loans. - My team was cut from 6 to 3, where I had had opportunity for development I now had no time.
