      Overall the company does care about their employees, in a way that is rare to find. It's been refreshing to be able to feel comfortable speaking truth to power.

      While the guiding principles are positive, it's not always the easiest to enable their implementation. The company is at the edge of being a startup and navigating the waters of being a larger company, which can be uncomfortable for some.

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
