The people I've worked with over the years who are on the lower rungs of the corporate ladder are some of the best people I've ever met. Before COVID, the vibe at the office was top-notch and we continued to have a lively community online when we all went home due to the pandemic.
Devs at Bandwidth don't work excessive hours, that's a good thing too.
I like the health insurance.

I originally typed out a novel to put here but even with this being anonymous, it makes me nervous to be too vocal with criticism. Stay away if you have self-respect as a professional and a human being and don't want to catch COVID, that's all I am going to say.

Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
