      Amazing benefits, flexible hours, pays well

      The entire company is a cult of personality built around the CEO. He gets into fitness so the entire company did. Management is also unable to provide specific guidance on what they need. So unless you're a mind reader, you as an employee are left guessing as to how to succeed.

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
