It was a paying job.

Complete lack of communication between EVERYONE. Medical insurance prices you have to pay to be covered are beyond outrageous in price. Job was a call center position (during interview i was told by every single member who interviewed me that the job absolutely was NOT a call center job)! If you take a sick day expect to be docked 1 days pay rather then them give you the sick day. Zero direction from upper management when given tasks to complete. My supervisor was never available for anything. When you start there, they force you to open a bank account with them to receive your paycheck (they do this to monitor your bank account & spending habbits; i know because i received a negative talk from management about a large purchase I made). They preach over and over about how they promote from within to job positions. But they continually hired from outside the company to fill positions rather then promote staff to those positions. No bonus.
