Teller supervisor - Teller Supervisor bei BancFirst: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Horrible pay for supposed supervisors. After being there for over a year i only got a $0.23 raise. Then moved to teller supervisor at a branch further from home and only got $0.52 to go from regular teller to supervisor and then I didn't get my regular annual raise like I should have. They beat around the bush until I finally left because of poor pay.
