Pros

Most of the team works remotely and those who do have to go into the office only do so a few days a week. Good customers. Interesting products.

Kontras

Leadership is typically selected from within whether they are prepared for the new role or not. And more often than not, they are not. It has become a series of knee jerk reactions with no real strategy. Leadership fails to appreciate those in the field and piles on more and more and more.

Virtually none. Bonuses are never paid. Decent vacation time I guess.

Management has no understanding on automotive business. They will abandon you then blame you at a moments notice. If you are holding an offer from this company, please reach out to former members of this “team” to see how things really function. Do you really want to be part of a place where your existence is predetermined?
