- untrustworthy management - people who do the most are least appreciated - lots and lots of turnover, whether forced or willing - will throw employees under bus to make themselves appear beter - shady business agreements - hires young guys with no experience to run jobs - says no one fits the culture but I’m sure they can find negative people - not okay to hire family unless you are someone who gets to do what they want - alcoholics - promotes young guys with little experience when older ones are forced out - they don’t take care of their customers - always changing their mind - decisions made last minute - indecisive leadership - passes over quality prospects - doesn’t listen to your opinion - doesn’t get to know their employees - doesn’t take care of the field personel - can’t get promoted to President unless your a drunk or fight the owner - company has bad reputation in market - not enough time in the day for this list
