The platform used for managing global and internal procedures was consistently slow and buggy, resulting in significant lost time throughout the workday. Interview scheduling was also overly hectic — days were packed back-to-back with interviews from start to finish, leaving no time to submit candidate feedback during regular working hours. Completing this essential part of the role effectively required putting in additional unpaid time, which was not sustainable.
