There's really nothing worth mentioning anymore. All benefits have been stripped by the way.

There's a clear imbalance in diversity in leadership and you can feel it in the culture. Women are often asked to keep their promotions until a better time (and often without raise to go with the promotion), whereas their male colleagues have their promotions announced in company wide emails. It's ridiculous. And it's been happening for years, it's just getting so much worse. There's no clear direction for the people on the ground from the men in the sky. Mismatches in salaries in different departments leads to restructuring and lack of bonuses. Overall - this entire environment leads to burn out or bore outs.
