Pros
Working Monday through Friday is a great perk. I have been with this company for over two years. The owners are present and active in the company. They treat you not just like an employee, but you are part of the BackTrack family. There is an open door policy, they are are great if you need time off to take care of your family, and it's a fun working atmosphere. I love going to work everyday, it's fast paced and it makes the day go by past. There is overtime, paid vacations, bonuses and other company perks. The managers take time to get to know their team and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have never worked for a company that cares about their employees so much as a whole. The working environment is casual, fun and my co-workers are as passionate about their jobs as I am. After working at BackTrack, I couldn't image working anywhere else.
