Kontras

Management has no talent or management skills. They don't care about their employees and lie to cover their own butts. Communication is awful, there is no true HR department, management is always gossiping about everyone. If you aren't the "favorite" they will find a way to give you the boot. They have fired 5 people with no notice and at awful timing- for example the week before Christmas they let two new mothers go. They let my friend go the day she was closing on her house, and they hadn't been made aware of that event, so she lost her house and became homeless due to no employment verification. There is no loyalty here.
