Pros
For me the Location and work hours 9-5 are geat for a good work Home life balance. The Staff are friendly and most have been employed for a long time which shows job stabillity. The discounts are great and they also offer money off and a percentage off on outside companies. At first the amount of products that we see can be overwhelming but you do learn quick and they are very helpful.
Kontras
So far I havent found many, my only issue is that when a recent member of long serving staff retired there was no thanks given and no big deal was made, I think that was a bit disrespectfull. Training has a lot to be desired and if you are not someone that picks things up quick, I think you could find this over whelming. Apart from that no issues at all.
