The organisation suffers from poor leadership and a toxic culture driven from the top. Decisions are often based on personal preference rather than merit or business need. Long-serving and knowledgeable employees have been pushed out, while friends of senior leaders are hired into highly paid roles without the required experience. Employees are frequently treated disrespectfully, with little to no regard for professional boundaries or wellbeing.
