Most people I've worked with are extremely dedicated to helping children. Many are extremely talented and selfless workers.

The BSD is so short on funds that their hard working employees are overworked, underpaid and underappreciated. Because it is a bureaucracy, management seems to be unresponsive to the needs of its employees.
