Somewhat flexible hours with good people.

Salary increases is not done organically, we have to go through a lot of hurdles to get it approved. No transparency between management, reshuffling and restructures are done on a whim without giving members ample time to adjust or properly transition to a role. No employee retention. The tech is bloated with features with little manpower to retain it.
