Very little hierarchy, humble management. No micromanagement. Everyone helps everyone out, great team spirit. Great flexibility for time personal matters, never had or seen anyone with issues taking time off as needed. Great for self-motivated, ambitious people as those traits are highly valued and allowed to develop quite largely your own way. Very hands-on with the projects from start to finish. Very diverse types of projects and responsibilities.
